Savannah Hardie, LMFT specializes in the following populations and approaches: Christian Counseling, Attachment Focused Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (AF-EMDR), Marital or Couples Counseling, Women’s Struggles, Self Esteem, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and Adolescence and Teens (14-18). 

 

Prior to joining Integrative Psychiatry, Savannah has worked in other private practices, a dual diagnosis substance abuse center and a non profit Christian counseling center all located in south Orange County, California. She tailors her clinical skills to the needs of the clients which may include, but is not limited to, techniques from the following therapeutic approaches: cognitive behavioral, AF-EMDR, solution focused, narrative, psychodynamic, and humanistic.

 

She is dedicated to helping people improve the quality of their lives. She strives to help remind people of their strength, their importance, and that they are not alone in this world. She is passionate in helping people heal, grow, improve, strengthen and reconnect with other people, themselves, and their life goals.

 

Savannah enjoys many hobbies outside of work in order to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle. She has a background in competitive gymnastics, cheer, soccer, basketball, dance, acting, singing, and piano. She has taught gymnastics, dance, and piano for several years throughout high school, college, and graduate school. Other interests for Savannah include music, the gym, outdoors, snowboarding, beach and mountains, church and her faith, cooking, traveling, her pets, animals, theatre, and much more.
